Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or adjusted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns / Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the limited quantity of our first drop, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damages & Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at proc@miscellaneous.design.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review each case individually and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has shipped, miscellaneous is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.
