Due to the limited nature of our first drop, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at proc@miscellaneous.design with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
